Not sure if you remember me but I was one of Jacob’s nurses back in 2005. Wow Jacob have you ever grown! One thing that hasn’t changed is that beautiful, beautiful smile. I left Edmonton in 2006 and am now living on Vancouver Island but it is so exciting to hear and see that he is still the happy little man I remember from 8 years ago
